DFT Intern

Location: Xi’an Key qualifications: Good knowledge of DFT architecture Familiar with DFT flow, including DFT design, implementation, verification, pattern, and testing Experience in Scan/MBIST/BSD/LBIST Experience in DFT and related tool and flow Familiar with scripting languages, such as TCL, Perl, Python. Familiar with Verilog and /or VHDL Good knowledge of SoC design, synthesis, timing closure. Good knowledge of silicon test Good English/communication skills and willingness to work with a global team BS or MS, major in EE or related Preferred Experience: Knowledge of synthesis/timing/constraint/layout is a plus Familiar with pattern debugging, failure analysis and yield improvement
